How much does it cost?
We offer a FREE site visit to assess the property and your requirements.
Rental costs
To keep financial outlay to a minimum we recommend hiring the
show home contents on a monthly basis (min. 3 months). This is far more
economic than buying the furniture and accessories yourself and then having
to dispose of them.
Purchase costs
We also offer to sell the whole package making it more
economic for longer term contracts, where you want to move the contents
to another show home or sell the contents on to buyers looking for an
'instant home'.
Design Fee
A one off cost for us to present the property.
Price includes delivery and collection, positioning furniture,
dressing windows and beds, styling with accessories, hanging pictures,
light shades and leaving the property clean and ready for the open day
or viewings. Price starts from £1000.
Schedule
We require 3 weeks notice. We aim to dress the show home over
2 days enabling you to get your agents in on the second day to photograph
it while looking at its best and then onto the market fast.
Curtains and blinds
We can supply a wide range of fabrics at trade prices.
Bespoke, eye-catching curtains and blinds are vital to the visual impact
of rooms. Each window dressing is hand-made to fit so is an additional cost
but can be sold on to the final purchaser.
